JUPITER, Fla. (CBS12) — A single mother from Jupiter secured her win in federal court after she was sexually harassed by her landlord.

The case of Rita Fox v. Dana Gaines and Lucille Gaines used the grounds of the Fair Housing Act, which prohibits discrimination based on a person's sex. The Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal has confirmed for the first time, due to this case, that sexual harassment is a form of gender discrimination.
