Nuisance Abatement, Fair Housing and Data Webinar

Chief of Police Mark Talbot of Norristown, Pennsylvania, shared Norristown’s experience with nuisance abatement ordinances and how the city reduced crime by replacing their nuisance abatement ordinance with a data-driven approach to policing.
